We offer one balloon flight per day. All reservations are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Before a balloon flight can be confirmed, we must first be sure your requested date is available. By submitting this form, you are basically checking availability. Photographers Welcome
Ballooning is one of the most photographed activities on earth, and a hot air balloon is one of the best platforms for photographers! If you really want to have some fun and happen to have one of the GoPro® HD Cameras, by all means bring it! We also suggest you bring a GoPro® Handlebar Seatpost Mount
which will secure your GoPro camera to one of our burner supports or to our custom suspended camera mount which puts your camera out 25' from the basket for very spectacular shots.

- Balloon Nevada is available for balloon rides:
- Any flyable day of the year, 12 months of the year,
Morning flights only (afternoons are for glider soaring),
in a town named Gardnerville, Nevada. HERE'S OUR MAP
- Gardnerville is located in rural northern Nevada:
- 15 miles from South Lake Tahoe (20-30 minute drive),
15 mile south of Carson City (20-30 minute drive),
45 miles south of Reno (45-60 minute drive).
Please note: We are 400+ miles from Las Vegas.
Here's the map again
- We fly a MAXIMUM OF THREE PASSENGERS + the pilot (he's important) on ALL of our flights, including weddings.
- YOU WILL BE IN THE AIR ONE HOUR, maybe longer.
- The entire experience (start to finish) will take 3 hours, memories will last a life time.
- Once we book a flight for two passengers, we consider the flight full. We won't sell the third space.
- We don't fly groups = no overcrowded basket.
- Four is a group. So is five and six.
- We don't fly wedding groups either.
- We fly ONE FLIGHT PER DAY. This flight takes place soon after sunrise. If you're unfamiliar with sunrise, it happens early in the morning. [see When we fly]
- We do not fly afternoons, evenings or when it's dark. [see When we fly again]
- No children under the age of 7 or under 42 inches tall. [see all Restrictions]
- Pregnant women, or women that may be pregnant may NOT fly. No exceptions. (Please come back after the baby is born.) [see all Restrictions]
- Anyone with back, knee or hip problems, anyone who has had recent surgery, anyone that can't stand up or support their own weight may NOT fly. [see all Restrictions]
- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. [see all Restrictions]
- If you can't keep an appointment, or know you won't wake up early for a balloon flight, please don't make a reservation. [see Cancellation Policy]
- If you don't show up for your scheduled flight, we will charge your card 100% of fares unless there's somebody standing around that wants to buy your space. [see No-Show Policy]
