We offer one balloon flight per day. All reservations are confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Before a balloon flight can be confirmed, we must first be sure your requested date is available. By submitting this form, you are basically checking availability. Photographers Welcome
Ballooning is one of the most photographed activities on earth, and a hot air balloon is one of the best platforms for photographers! If you really want to have some fun and happen to have one of the GoPro® HD Cameras, by all means bring it! We also suggest you bring a GoPro® Handlebar Seatpost Mount
which will secure your GoPro camera to one of our burner supports or to our custom suspended camera mount which puts your camera out 25' from the basket for very spectacular shots.
Cancellation Policy
Please give us the courtesy of at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and/or rescheduling so that we may try to fill the space, or forfeit the 50% of the full fare.
Cancellations must be done by telephone – 775-790-7572.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your flight or miss your flight, we'll consider it a "No-Show" and will charge your credit card 100% of the fare.
Your flight may have to be canceled by our pilot on the day of the flight for weather or any safety concerns by the pilot. Pilot decision is FINAL, and there are NO charges to you.
Should the scheduled flight be cancelled due to weather or our inability to complete the flight, you will have the option to reschedule. Again, there would be NO charges to you.
